Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us via email at sales@fredauto.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Include a copy of your original invoice and the RMA number in the return package.

Shipping the Return:

• Returns must be sent via a traceable method and insured to the full purchase price.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus any initial shipping costs.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and for the refund to be credited to your account.

Customs and Duties:

• Any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees paid on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
• Software, media, and consumable items are not eligible for return once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate a claim.
